The Holiday Home Tour, hosted by the Amelia Island Museum of History, is a cherished tradition. Each year, guests explore beautifully decorated homes, each offering a unique holiday style.
Many of the residences are Victorian-style treasures, rich with character and charm. Conveniently situated near one another, they make the Holiday Home Tour both enjoyable and easy. Guides share stories and history as you move from one festive home to another. To make the event more meaningful, proceeds benefit the museum. As a result, visitors celebrate the season while supporting local history.
The tour will be on December 5 & 6, 2025, from 10am – 4pm. A special Preview Tour will be held on December 4. Tickets go on sale October 1, so plan ahead. Kick off your holiday celebrations differently this year. Start in Fernandina Beach with history, charm, and festive cheer.

An Exclusive Evening Preview
The experience begins with a guided tour at 4pm. Then, at 6pm, guests gather for a festive cocktail hour. Tickets are $35 until December 4 at 4pm After that time, they are $40. Detailed information will be emailed one week before the occasion.
